We offer beginner-friendly options and instruction in all of our classes, as well as options for more challenges. Everyone will look different in class, and that is the best part about yoga. In time we become less concerned with what others are doing on their mats and on our own practice. Starting something new takes courage and we would love to have you. We encourage you to keep going, keep trying the different styles of yoga, and explore what feels right for you!
